Studies in automation control and robotics provide knowledge and skills in a modern field of technology present in almost all industries, environmental protection, communications, military technology and others. Graduates of  automation control and robotics find employment in companies that design, manufacture and integrate automation systems and devices, sales companies, manufacturing plants in various industries. After graduation, you can work as a designer, constructor, consultant in the field of automation systems and devices, an employee of automation and information technology departments, a specialist for system implementation and integration.

By completing a bachelor's degree in  automation control and robotics, you will be an engineer prepared to solve engineering and research and development problems in the field of control systems. You will be able to use advanced computer hardware and professional software, and you will have the ability to independently develop applications, especially software for controllers, distributed control systems, and robotic production cells, and to integrate this software into an IT environment.

You can study automation control and robotics, realizing the specialization:

  • Computer Control Systems,

If you are interested in designing and operating controllers and control systems as well as their integration in IT environments, you want to gain practical knowledge in the field of creating and using computer systems to control technological processes and robotic production lines, you want to get to know the techniques used at the interface between a computer and its environment and between software and hardware, you want to be able to program applications both in universal operating systems and real-time systems, get to know industrial databases, modern microcontrollers, embedded systems, industrial robot programming, you want to be able to design microprocessor and reconfigurable devices and use different types of computer networks with the conversion of communication protocols, you want to learn about computer vision, wireless communication, rapid prototyping of mechatronic devices, principles of system security, gain knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence methods, expert systems, data mining and decision support, choose the automation control and robotics.
